We'll ask good questions, listen, and give you honest insight on how Career Benders can help. If it's a fit, we'll match you with the right coach and walk you through next steps. If it's not, we'll tell you that too.

The goal is to figure out together whether Career Benders is the right move — and if it's not, we'd rather tell you that than take your money! So yes, we'll talk about working together. But only if it makes sense.

This 30-minute call is just enough to get to know each other while laying reality out on the table.

Most of the time, we can cover everything we need in the allotted time, but sometimes we may need a call 2.0, and that's ok.

 You'll be matched with a Master Job Search Coach based on your history, career level, and goals. Every coach on our roster has been hand-selected and personally trained by our founder, Angie Callen, PCC.

Coaches delivering our job search and career programs hold the Master Job Search Coach (MJSC) certification — a credential Angie created and trains coaches to earn. Our coaches are also part of an active community of practice, which means your coach isn't working in isolation; they're connected to a network of expertise that benefits you.

If a resume-only engagement makes sense for your unique situation, then we'll recommend it. However, we'll discuss that in more detail in the strategy session to be sure we're advising you on the best approach for your unique goals.

All sessions are remote and scheduled to work across time zones.

Depending on availability, you could start within a week of your strategy session. We support clients across time zones, including EST, PST, and some international schedules.
