2. Pause, Breathe, and Reflect

We released an Encore Episode of No More Mondays Podcast this week, right in time to help you unwind from the Fourth of July holidays and carry over some of that relaxation into your everyday life.

I have no practical advice to give you on how Pickleball can help you combat the Sunday Scaries, as I have also never played.

Maybe I’ll take some of my own advice and head out to the courts this week!

5. Throw Caution to the Wind

Do something crazy this week.

Whether it’s staying out late to fish the Drakes that are starting to hatch (hehe, the best few weeks of Colorado fishing all year!), renting a camper van and tearing around your state, region, or country, or taking a last minute trip somewhere, do something unplanned and a little off-brand for you.

As much as I love a good routine, I also love breaking it and getting out of a rut, and summer is the best time to do that!
